How long does a project take?
Most websites take 4–8 weeks from discovery to launch, depending on the number of pages, features and how quickly content and feedback come in. You'll get a week-by-week timeline in your proposal.
What if I need changes after approval?
Small tweaks are always fine. Larger changes to an approved design or scope are quoted separately before we start them, so there are never surprise costs.
How do payments work?
Typically 50% upfront to begin, and 50% before launch. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes free post-launch support for fixes and small changes. After that you can choose a monthly care plan covering updates, backups, security and improvements.
Can you work with my existing website?
Absolutely. We can redesign, speed up, fix or add features to your current site — or migrate it to a better platform if that serves you better. We'll recommend the right approach after a quick audit.
